Fight Skills 3 Overview

The lessons in Fight Skills 3 are sequenced by the distance between you and your attacker/opponent. Think of it in this way, how close is your attacker/opponent to you? The farthest distance would be no physical contact, perhaps provoking a verbal altercation or the use of a weapon. Moving closer the attacker/opponent is close enough to push but to far to strike. They move in closer and now can strike, they mover closer they can now grab. I trust you get the general idea, your attacker/opponet crosses distances as they move around. As the distance changes so does the probably of the type contact why will use.

Given this understanding of distance the layout of this course flows from farther to closer. Hence the push, boxers defense, clinch etc. I have additionally included the handgun and knife disarms at close range.

I have included example combinations in the last lesson. This will give you an idea of how to put the material into practical application.
